Wallace Peters
Wallace Peters is a New York-based hairstylist, mentor, and creative force redefining beauty with intention, elegance, and edge.
Since 2011, Wallace has styled the city’s most discerning, stylish women with a signature aesthetic rooted in polish, precision, and quiet luxury. Known for balancing timeless beauty with editorial sharpness, his work is where technique meets energy—and hair becomes a whole experience.
He began his career mastering the essentials: keratin treatments, color correction, precision cutting, and multiple extension applications. From salon floors to management roles, he not only refined his craft but also gained a deep understanding of the business behind beauty.
What sets Wallace apart is his timing. He became a licensed stylist at a pivotal moment—when the beauty industry was still rooted in old-school structure, and social media marketing hadn’t yet become standard. Taught the traditional way, he learned how to build clientele without relying on likes, trends, or algorithms. But as Instagram began reshaping the industry in 2012–2013, he quickly adapted—becoming part of a rare in-between generation that understands how to succeed with or without a digital platform. That perspective shapes everything he teaches today.
Wallace has styled on set for The Today Show, The Drew Barrymore Show, and major brand campaigns for CeraVe, got2b, Capital One and many more. His editorial and fashion credits include Christian Dior, Tommy Hilfiger Fashion Show, and other runway and commercial projects where flawless execution and elevated vision were non-negotiable.
In addition to working with clients, Wallace offers private mentorship to licensed professionals and rising beauty students through his exclusive one-on-one program—a space created for those who want more than surface-level advice. With a focus on clarity, growth, and real-world strategy, he’s helping the next generation of stylists build bold, sustainable careers rooted in confidence and intention.
