Let’s start at the root.
This blog wasn’t born out of a trend or a marketing move.
It was born from experience.
Years of it.
Since 2011, I’ve been behind the chair, on set, managing salons, styling for photo shoots, bridal parties, networks, brands and fashion houses. I’ve worked in places that opened before the sun and stayed open long after everyone else clocked out. I’ve been the assistant, the stylist, the manager, the fixer, the therapist, and—somewhere along the way—the quiet observer who realized something was missing.
People didn’t just need more tips.
They needed truth. They needed clarity.
They needed someone they could trust when it came to their hair.
That’s what Theory by Wallace became. A space with answers.
Because hair is personal.
And when your hair doesn’t feel right, you don’t feel right.
Here, I’m not giving you fluff or filler.
I’m giving you years of lessons I learned the hard way. I’m giving you what actually works. And I’m giving it to you in a way that respects your time, your investment, and your confidence.
You won’t find recycled advice here.
You’ll find perspective.
The kind of perspective that only comes from doing the work, seeing what’s broken, and knowing how to rebuild it better.
This blog is for those who are tired of playing product roulette.
It’s for the new stylist trying to find her footing.
It’s for the bride who wants her big day to feel flawless.
It’s for the person who simply wants to stop guessing.
Because haircare isn’t one-size-fits-all.
But clarity? That’s universal.
So welcome to The Theory.
Whether you’ve been here since post one or you’re just landing on this now—this is your place.
No gatekeeping.
No gimmicks.
Just game-changing hair insight from someone who’s lived it, styled it, and kept showing up for it.
Every single day.
